The Simotion Media Productions website has been made by me, this site is an example for what I can do.
Text: I can add any sort of text in a huge range of styles, colors, and lay-outs.
Pictures: I can insert pictures in any place and any size in a website.
Pages: I can make multiple pages with different information.
Domain: I can link a custom domain name* to the website.
I can always make later changes to the website.
I can share the website's ownership to your Google account, so you can also work on the site.
*I do not reserve custom domains, a custom domain should be reserved by the appropriate business. I can only link it to a website.

Conditions
All texts, pictures, and files must be provided to me before I can begin the work. I also require a plan or sketch of how the website needs to look.
Once the website is complete, I will publish the site when approved by you. I will include my name as the maker and my website link in the footer of the site. Please note that I reserve the right to use examples of my work for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment is due upon completion of the work and will be made through an agreed-upon payment method. Any changes to the project after work has begun may affect the final price. I reserve the right to refuse work that I deem inappropriate.
